Bookings only accepted by persons over 18 years of age and

must be confirmed in writing.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid

within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

(We reserve the right to terminate the booking if the balance is

not received on time).

If the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, the total cost is due.

Strictly no smoking.

No pets allowed.

Sorry, but we do not accept children under 11 years. Only well behaved children over 11 years of age allowed in the property. (this also includes any visitors that you may have).

Our Coach House furnishings and contents are of a very high standard

and we therefore ask our visitors to leave the property in a clean and

tidy manner.

The owners reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable

time for maintenance or for any other reason.

The property is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.

In order that the property can be serviced for the next visitor, we request

that the building is vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Electricity, heating, towels, bed linen and cleaning materials are included

in the price.

A fully refundable security deposit of £250 is payable to arrive 7 days before the day of arrival or can be paid with your balance.

The security deposit will be refunded after departure if there are no

breakages or damage etc.

 

Cancellation fees 

 

Over 28 days notice  - 75% of the total price will be refunded.

28-22 days  - 50% of the total price will be refunded.

21-15 days  - 25% of the total price will be refunded.

Less than 15 days – no refund will be given.
